Hansika was born on August 9, 1991 in the Sindhi speaking Motwani family Born in Mangalore, India,is an Indian actress and a former child actor. Her dad, Pradeep Motwani, a businessman and Mona Motwani, a dermatologist. She has an elder brother, Prashant Motwani. Her parents divorced during 2004, while she continues to live in Andheri, Bombay, India, with her mom. She has completed 12th Grade from Podar International School. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Tulu and Telugu. her native tongue is Sindhi.

Hansika Motwani’s Career
She has appeared in many TV serials, for example ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thee’ as Saavri, ‘Hum 2 Hai Na’ as Kareena/Koyal, ‘Desh Me Nikla Hoga Chand’ as Tina. She featured in Boogie Woogie and Shaka Laka Boom Boom. She also appeared as one of the children in Koi Mil Gaya. She has also appeared in ads like Hyundai Santro with Shah Rukh Khan on actress Juhi Chawla’s recommendation, as well as Samsung, Bournvita and Pepsi.
Hansika made her debut in her filmi career Puri Jagannadh’s Telugu film, Desamuduru, starring opposite Allu Arjun. She won the Best Female Debut Award – Telugu. Hansika made her debut as a leading actress in Bollywood with Himesh Reshammiya in Aap Kaa Suroor – The Real Luv Story. 2008 Hansika’s first release was a Kannada movie Bindaas opposite Puneet Rajkumar. Kantri, a Telugu movie, was a hit. She paired with Jr. NTR in the film Kantri which was released in May 2008. The film was a moderate hit. She also,acted in a leading role with Ram in Maska. She is also in a Tamil film debut through Maapilai opposite actor Dhanush. Money Hai Tho Honey Hai with Govinda was a flop.
